Throughout his 15 years of experience in the financial sector he has been Senior Vice-President of BBVA’s Investment Banking. He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Finance from Universidad de Chile

Is responsible for the development of AXA Private Equity in South America. Has 10 years of experience in private equity as LBO analyst and in management mandates. Mr. Delecourt obtained a graduate degree in Business Administration from France’s École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC)

In 1998, he joined Société Générale where he worked for two years as a credit analyst in Sao Paulo before moving to the Corporate Acquisition Finance Group in Paris and London where he took part in various corporate structured financings, including for Havas, Alstom, Eridania and Beghin-Say. In 2003, he moved towards LBO deals and joined The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in various acquisition projects. Laurent joined AXA Private Equity Co-Investment Team in September 2006 in Paris as a Senior Investment Manager. Laurent graduated from ESSEC

He joined Ecus Private Equity in 2006. Mr. Casanegra participated and co-led Ecus’ investments in Albia, Vitamina and Loginsa. He has previous experience as investment analyst with AFP Habitat, and in management consulting with Bain & Co in Sao Paulo. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Columbia Business School
