    • The Fund will participate in larger transactions along with co-investors (e.g.: AXA Co-Investment Fund III) and/or through the prudent use of leverage
  • Additionally, Ecus Private Equity is raising Ecus Agri-Food, a sectorial $30 million fund aiming at adding value to the Chilean agricultural and aquacultural production by incorporating European SMEs' food elaboration processes/technologies and by taking advantage of their commercial network
    • The Fund will invest in companies or greenfield projects based in Chile in the sectors related to the transformation of agricultural and aquacultural products
    • The target investment of the Fund will be between $3 million and $6 million per deal
    • The Fund will participate in larger transactions along with co-investors
